Draw Rules www.urlife.ca 1.The ‘urlife draw,’ owned by Algoma Public Health runs from 8:30 a.m. on September 1st, 2010 and closes at 12:00 Midnight on November 1st, 2010. 2.The draw is open to residents who live or attend school in the district of Algoma (Ontario, Canada) and are between the ages of 16-24 years old. 3.Draw winners will be required to provide picture ID to claim a prize and will be asked to answer a skill testing question. 4.Each contestant can only enter the draw once. 5.No purchase is necessary. 6.Algoma Public Health has the right to publish the names of all draw winners. 7.Algoma Public Health has the right to stop the ‘urlife draw’ at any time without prior notice. 8.Personal information that is collected will not be shared with any other organizations. All information collected will be deleted from our server after the winners have received their prize. 9.Immediate *family members of Algoma Public Health staff are not eligible to enter this draw. *Family members include children or siblings of employees.
